摘要
目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)在新生儿科本科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年3月—2021年3月内蒙古医科大学附属医院新生儿科实习学生60名,采用随机数表法分2组,各30名。对照组给予传统教学法,观察组给予Mini-CEX联合DOPS教学法。并采用Mini-CEX、DOPS量表对两组学生的成绩进行评分。结果 培训后,对照组和观察的护理问诊、护理查体、人文关怀、知情告知、健康咨询、组织协调、总体评价等7项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。培训后,两组的DOPS各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组培训3个月后带教方法、带教内容、带教形式、病案选择及课后辅导满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX联合DOPS在新生儿科本科护理教学中的效果理想,能够提高学生的临床综合能力,进而提高护理教学质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of Mini-Clinical Exercise Assessment(Mini-CEX) combined with Direct Observation Assessment of Operational Skills(DOPS) in undergraduate nursing teaching in neonatology.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021, 60 internship students in neonatology department of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 students in each group. The control group was given traditional teaching method, while the observation group was given Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching method. MiniCEX and DOPS scales were used to score the scores of the two groups of students. From March 2020 to March 2021, 60 internship students in neonatology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 students in each group. Mini-CEX and DOPS scales were used to score the scores of the two groups of students.Results After the training, the seven scores of nursing consultation, nursing physical examination, humanistic care,informed notification, health consultation, organization and coordination, and overall evaluation of the control group and the observation group all increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After the training, the DOPS scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After 3 months’ training, the satisfaction of teaching methods, teaching contents, teaching forms,medical record selection and after-school counseling in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mini-CEX combined with DOPS has an ideal effect in the undergraduate nursing teaching of neonatology, which can improve the clinical comprehensive ability of students, and then improve the quality of nursing teaching.
