摘要
目的 初步探讨3D腹腔镜手术视频在临床教学中的价值。方法 2020年10—12月,随机抽取在郑州大学附属肿瘤医院实习或住培的医学生48名,随机分为2组,在进行腹腔镜基础知识培训后,观察组利用3D腹腔镜手术视频培训,对照组利用同一台腹腔镜手术的2D视频培训,培训后随堂测试对手术及解剖掌握情况,进行测试,统计分析2组成绩。结果 观察组随堂测试平均(88.00±5.53)分,对照组随堂测试平均(80.57±5.06)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在传递豆子项目:观察组平均时间(60.14±11.56)秒,对照组平均时间(80.71±14.31)秒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在剪圆圈项目:观察组平均时间(94.28±20.08)秒,对照组平均时间(105.71±15.92)秒,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在缝合打结项目:观察组平均时间(90.00±19.79)秒,对照组平均时间(102.28±13.54)秒,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 临床教学应用3D腹腔镜手术视频进行培训,能提高学生对手术及解剖的掌握,且在3D环境下学习一段时间后,学习成绩在2D腹腔镜下操作项目得到延续。
Objective To explore the value of 3D laparoscopic surgery video in clinical teaching.Methods From October to December 2020,48 medical students who were practicing or living in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were randomly selected and divided into two groups.After the training on basic knowledge of laparoscopy,the observation group used 3D video training on laparoscopic surgery,and the control group used 2D video training on the same laparoscopic surgery.After the training,the classroom test was conducted on the mastery of surgery and anatomy,and the results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The average score of classroom test in the observation group was(88.00±5.53) points,and that in the control group was(80.57±5.06) points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the project of transferring beans,the average time in the observation group was(60.14±11.56) seconds,and the average time in the control group was(80.71±14.31) seconds,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average time of circle cutting was(94.28±20.08) seconds in the observation group and(105.71±15.92) seconds in the control group.There was significant difference(P<0.05).In the suture and knotting items,the average time in the observation group was(90.00±19.79) seconds,and the average time in the control group was(102.28±13.54)seconds,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D laparoscopic surgery video in clinical teaching can improve students’ mastery of surgery and anatomy,and after learning in 3D environment for a period of time,the learning achievements will be continued in the 2D laparoscopic environment.
