摘要
教育部提出的“金课”概念是概括性与具体性的统一,是思想与实践的统一,是内涵与外延的统一。金课“两性一度”标准在遵循教育规律前提下提出的必然性体现了金课概念的科学性。临床医学课老师把专业课特点与金课标准有机融合在一起:通过知识与临床思维诊疗能力、医学素养的结合体现临床医学金课的高阶性;通过学科之间的融合、课程讨论社区的搭建、学习结果评定个性化等方法实现金课的创新性;并不断引导学生在临床和理论学习中不断发现、不断寻求答案的过程体现金课建设的挑战度。金课课程建设不是闭环,而是螺旋式上升的开放性发展。因此,课程老师需要在实践中、在学生的反馈中不断完善和提高。
The concept of "golden course" proposed by the Ministry of education is the unity of generality and concreteness, the unity of thought and practice, and the unity of connotation and extension. The inevitability of the "two qualities and one degree" standards of golden class under the premise of following the educational law reflects the scientific of the concept of golden class. Clinical medicine teachers organically integrate the characteristics of professional courses with gold course standards: reflect the high-level nature of clinical medicine gold course through the combination of knowledge, clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and medical ethics quality, and realizes the innovation of gold course through the integration of disciplines, the construction of course discussion community and the individualization of learning result evaluation.Teachers constantly guide students to find and seek answers in clinical and theoretical learning, which reflect the challenge of gold course construction. The construction of gold curriculum is not a closed loop, but a spiral open development. Thus, course teachers need to constantly improve by practice and students’ feedback.
