基于大学社会服务职能的解剖学人文素质培养

The Cultivation of Human Quality of Anatomy Based on the Social Service Function of University

根据新时代我国大学的五项职能,结合本校特色应用型本科示范高校的人才培养模式,从大学服务社会职能的视角,研究医学院校解剖学教学与医学人文的关系。强化课程育人导向,将知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造融为一体,根据解剖学课程的特殊性,洞悉学生心理,化恐惧为感动,成立“遗体捐献大学生志愿者协会”,组织学生志愿者参与遗体捐献咨询登记和接受过程,对“大体老师(遗体)”手动解剖研究,深化专业知识,促进德育内化。以科普教育基地-科普月活动为契机,师生志愿者深入社区,为百姓科普医学知识和遗体捐献常识,带领学生志愿者开展健康科普等社会服务活动,规避医学人文教育与自然科学教育分离的矛盾,从而形成特色鲜明的解剖教学-遗体捐献-医学科普相辅相成的医学人文培养体系。

According to the five functions of Chinese universities in the new era,combined with the talent training mode of application-oriented undergraduate demonstration universities with the characteristics of our university,this paper studies the relationship between anatomy teaching and medical humanities in medical colleges from the perspective of university serving social functions.Strengthen the orientation of curriculum education,integrating knowledge transfer,capacity development and value building,understand the psychology of students according to the particularity of anatomy course,turn fear into emotion,establish the "college student volunteer association for body donation",organize student volunteers to participate in the consultation,registration and acceptance process of body donation,and conduct manual anatomy research on "general teacher(body)" Deepen professional knowledge and promote the internalization of moral education.Taking the popular science education base-popular science month as an opportunity,teachers and students volunteers go deep into the community,donate common sense for popular science medical knowledge and remains,lead student volunteers to carry out social service activities such as health popular science,and avoid the contradiction between medical humanities education and natural science education,so as to form a medical humanities training system with distinctive characteristics of anatomy teaching,body donation and medical science popularization.
