山东省赛艇运动员最大摄氧量回归方程的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:采用最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))直接测试法,初步建立山东省赛艇运动员的VO_(2max)回归方程,为赛艇运动员有氧能力选材提供科学、简单易行的依据。方法:选取99名赛艇集训运动员为研究对象,采用德国“JAEGER”便携心肺功能仪,通过递增负荷试验(测功仪)测定心肺功能,收集VO_(2max)、功率、最大心率、全程时间等指标。以可能影响VO_(2max)的指标为自变量,VO_(2max)为因变量,采用多元逐步线性回归分析其中79名运动员,建立VO_(2max)推算方程。剩余20名队员作为检验组,通过回代检验评估预测模型的预测效果。结果:相关性分析结果显示,性别、年龄、体重、Wstep、W_(2min)、全程时间均与VO_(2max)有相关性(P<0.05)。经逐步回归分析,VO_(2max)推算方程为:VO_(2max)=60.893-0.546*体重+0.057*W_(2min)+0.049*Wstep+3.689*性别(女=1,男=2)。回代检验结果显示,VO_(2max)实测值与预测值之间有显著性相关(r=0.848,P<0.001)。VO_(2max)与预测值之间的差异无统计学意义(t=0.208,P>0.05)。结论:使用体重、功率、性别可初步建立山东省赛艇运动员的最大摄氧量推算方程,该方程可用于赛艇运动员有氧能力的选材。 Objective:To establish the regression equation of VO_(2max)of rowers in Shandong Province by using the direct test method of maximum oxygen uptake VO_(2max)so as to provide a scientific and simple basis for the selection of rowers with aerobic capacity.Methods:99 rowing athletes were selected as the research objects,and the cardiopulmonary function was measured by the German“JAEGER”portable cardiopulmonary function instrument through the incremental load test(dynamometer).The VO_(2max),power,maximum heart rate,whole course time and other indicators were collected.With the indicators that may affect VO_(2max)as independent variables and VO_(2max)as dependent variables,79 athletes were analyzed by multiple stepwise linear regression to establish VO_(2max)calculation equation.The remaining 20 team members served as the test group,and the prediction effect of the prediction model was evaluated through back substitution test.Results:The results of correlation analysis showed that gender,age,weight,Wstep,W_(2min),and whole course time were all correlated with VO_(2max)(P<0.05).Through stepwise regression analysis,the VO_(2max)equation is:VO_(2max)=60.893-0.546*bodyweight+0.057*W_(2min)+0.049*Wstep+3.689*gender(f=1,m=2).Back substitution test results showed that there was a significant correlation between the measured value and the predicted value of VO_(2max)(r=0.848,P<0.001).The difference between VO_(2max)and the predicted value was not statistically significant(t=0.208,P>0.05).Conclusion:Using weight,power and sex,we can establish the maximum oxygen uptake equation of rowers in Shandong Province,which can be used for the selection of athletes with aerobic capacity.
