教育实习场域中体育教育专业学生的参与式学习研究

摘要 教育实习是高校体育教育专业人才培养的重要组成部分。在“合法的边缘性参与”理论的视域下,以质性研究范式为基础,运用深度访谈法对体教专业实习生在教育实习场域中获得“合法”的资格后,却仍处于“边缘”的地位进行参与式学习的现状进行研究。研究发现,教育实习场域中高校体育教育专业学生的参与式学习要素包括:现实震撼是学生在体育教育实习场域的学习动力;安全问题是体育教育实习场域的学习前提;互动参与是体育教育实习场域的学习过程;自我揣摩是体育教育实习场域的学习体悟;实践共同体是体育教育实习场域的学习载体。研究建议通过注重情境学习、坚持示范引领、重构身份认同来提升体育教育实习场域中学生参与式学习的效果。 Educational practice is an important part of the training of physical education professionals in colleges and universities.This research based on the theory of legitimate peripheral participation and using qualitative methods,explored the learning progress of students who have the legal qualification while still be the border of the community.It is found that the elements of participatory learning of college students majoring in physical education in the field of educational practice include:reality shock is the learning motivation;Safety is the practice premise;Interactive participation is the learning process;Self speculation is the learning experience;Community of practice is the learning carrier.The research suggests that we should pay attention to situational teaching,adhere to the demonstration lead,and reconstruct the identity to improve the effect of participatory learning of the undergraduates in the field of physical education practice.
