电信网络诈骗受害人特征研究——基于不同地区数据对比分析

On Characteristics of Victims in Telecommunication Network Frauds:Comparative Analysis Based on Data from Different Regions

针对电信网络诈骗犯罪的打击治理研究虽已广泛开展,但较为缺乏关于受害人特征的相关研究,导致反诈宣传对象难以精准化,反诈宣传效果难以高效化。基于不同地区电信网络诈骗案情数据,利用自身属性与案件属性构建受害人特征集,通过特征对比分析发现,不同地区受害人特征差异明显,且具有特定特征的受害人更容易成为特定类型电信网络诈骗犯罪的侵害目标。据此,提出了针对不同地区的防范电信网络诈骗宣传建议,期冀能够有助于提升此类案件的打击治理效果。

Although research on fights against telecom network frauds has been widely carried out,research on victim characteristics is rarely conducted.This causes that it's difficult to have audience-targeted anti-fraud publicity activities,so the publicity effects are ineffective.Based on the case data of telecom network frauds in different regions,this research constructed the victim feature set by using its own attributes and case attributes.By comparative analysis,it is found that the characteristics of victims in different regions are obviously different,and victims with specific characteristics are more likely to become the targets of specific types of telecom network frauds.According to the above findings,this research puts forward suggestions on anti-fraud publicity in different regions,hoping to help improve the effectiveness of combating such cases.
