立德树人视域下公安院校忠诚教育“大思政”体系建构

Construction of Great Ideological-Political Education System of Loyalty Education in Police Colleges:From the Perspective of Morality Building and Talent Cultivation

文章通过梳理古代“忠诚观”、中国共产党对“忠诚”品质的全新阐释与发展、公安工作“对党忠诚”的根本要求,认为公安院校加强忠诚教育是落实立德树人根本任务的必然选择。基于实证调查,分析了公安院校忠诚教育存在的问题。立德树人视域下,推进公安院校忠诚教育,应坚持政治引领育“警”主题,凝聚协同育“警”合力,营造文化育“警”氛围,构建忠诚教育“大思政”体系。

Based on the analysis of Chinses ancient idea of being loyal,new interpretation and development of the loyalty quality by the Communist Party of China,and the fundamental requirements of being loyal to the Party in public security work,this paper holds that strengthening loyalty education in police colleges is inevitable to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.According to the empirical investigation,this paper analyzed the problems of loyalty education in police colleges,and put forward measures to construct a great ideological-political system of loyalty education from the perspective of morality building and talent cultivation.To promote loyalty education in police colleges,we should adhere to the police-related themes to form political guidance,enhance police joint forces collaboratively,and create an atmosphere with police cultures.
