宫腔镜息肉切除术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片对子宫内膜息肉患者的影响

Effect of hysteroscopic polypectomy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on patients with endometrial polyp

目的 探讨宫腔镜息肉切除术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗对子宫内膜息肉患者子宫内膜厚度、月经状况及复发率的影响。方法 选取50例子宫内膜息肉患者,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各25例。对照组应用宫腔镜息肉切除术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗。比较两组子宫内膜厚度、月经状况及复发率。结果 术后6、12、18个月,两组子宫内膜厚度均小于术前,且试验组子宫内膜厚度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6、12个月,两组月经量均少于术前,且试验组月经量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发率(4%)低于对照组(24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 宫腔镜息肉切除术联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗子宫内膜息肉可降低子宫内膜厚度,促进月经状况恢复,减少复发,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of hysteroscopic polypectomy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on endometrial thickness,menstrual status and recurrence rate of patients with endometrial polyps.Methods 50 patients with endometrial polyps were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic polypectomy,and the experimental group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets on the basis of the control group.Endometrial thickness,menstrual status and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results 6,12,18 months after surgery,the endometrial thickness in two groups was less than that before surgery,and the endometrial thickness in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 and 12 months after surgery,menstrual volume in both groups was lower than that before surgery,and that in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group(4%)was lower than that of the control group(24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic polypectomy combined with drospirenone ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment of endometrial polyps can reduce endometrial thickness,promote the recovery of menstrual condition and reduce recurrence,and the effect is significant,worthy of popularization.
