中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者中 的效果研究

Study on the effect of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis

目的研究中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者中的效果。方法选取48例霉菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组24例。A组采用常规西药疗法联合常规护理,B组采用中药熏洗联合中医护理干预。比较两组患者临床时间指标、复发率、依从率及中医证候积分。结果B组患者炎症消退时间、住院时间明显短于A组,1年内复发率4.17%低于A组的33.33%,依从率100%高于A组的70.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,B组患者中医证候积分明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎中效果确切,可缩短炎症消退时间,降低复发率,改善中医症状,具有应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis.Methods 48 patients with mycotic vaginitis were selected and divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.Group A was treated with conventional western medicine therapy combined with routine nursing,group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The clinical time index,recurrence rate,compliance rate and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The time of inflammation resolution and hospital stay in group B were significantly shorter than those in group A,the recurrence rate within 1 year was 4.17%lower than that in group A(33.33%),and the compliance rate was 100%higher than that in group A(70.83%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,TCM syndrome score of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing has a definite effect in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis,which can shorten the time of inflammation regression,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and has application value.
