卵巢囊腺瘤的CT诊断及鉴别诊断价值

CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cystadenoma of ovary

目的研究CT在卵巢囊腺瘤诊断及鉴别中的价值。方法选取253例子宫附件肿瘤患者,采用CT进行诊断,以病理诊断结果作为金标准,评价CT诊断和鉴别卵巢囊腺瘤的价值。结果253例卵巢肿瘤患者经病理诊断确诊卵巢囊腺瘤26例,经CT检出卵巢囊腺瘤40例,CT诊断和病理诊断差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但CT检出所需时间短于病理诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT诊断卵巢囊腺瘤具有较好价值,并具有特征性的影像学表现。结论通过CT对卵巢囊腺瘤进行诊断所得诊断结果和病理诊断结果相近,可以为临床尽快对患者制定治疗计划提供帮助。

Objective To study the value of CT in the diagnosis and differentiation of cystadenoma of ovary. Methods A total of 253 patients with uterine adjunctive tumor were diagnosed by CT, and the value of CT in diagnosis and differentiation of ovarian cystadenoma was evaluated by using pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard. Results Among 253 patients with ovarian tumor, 26 cases were confirmed by pathological diagnosis, and 40 cases were detected by CT. There was no statistical difference between CT diagnosis and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05), but the time required for CT diagnosis was shorter than that for pathological diagnosis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CT has good value in the diagnosis of cystadenoma of ovary and has characteristic imaging findings. Conclusion The results of CT diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma are similar to the pathological diagnosis results, which can provide help for the clinical treatment of patients as soon as possible.
