针对性护理在育龄期白色念珠菌性阴道炎患者中的 应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in patients with Candida albicans vaginitis at childbearing age

目的分析针对性护理在育龄期白色念珠菌性阴道炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取70例育龄期白色念珠菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理干预。对比两组患者自主护理认知情况、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者外阴清洁、内裤护理、经期卫生及遵医用药评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度97.14%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于育龄期白色念珠菌性阴道炎患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效,减少不良反应发生率,提升护理满意度,具有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with Candida albicans vaginitis at childbearing age.Methods 70 patients with Candida albicans vaginitis at childbearing age were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.The cognitive status of independent nursing,nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of vulva cleaning,underwear care,menstrual hygiene and medical medicine in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing application in the treatment of patients with Candida albicans vaginitis of childbearing age can improve clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,improve nursing satisfaction,and has application value.
