有效沟通在妇科手术室护理中的价值研究

Study on the value of effective communication in gynecological operating room nursing

目的研究有效沟通在妇科手术室护理中的实践价值。方法选取62例行妇科手术治疗患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用有效沟通护理模式。比较两组患者投诉率、积极配合率、负性情绪评分、疼痛评分及护理满意度。结果观察组患者投诉率低于对照组,积极配合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度96.77%高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分及疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分及疼痛评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效沟通在妇科手术室护理中具备显著价值。

Objective To study the practical value of effective communication in gynecological operating room nursing.Methods 62 patients undergoing gynecological surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with effective communication nursing mode based on the control group.The complaint rate,positive cooperation rate,negative emotion score,pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The complaint rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the active cooperation rate was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.77%higher than that of the control group(80.65%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant diflerences in anxiety,depression and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression and pain in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective communication has significant value in the nursing of gynecological operating room.
