临床护理路径对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者 护理满意度及并发症的影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on nursing satisfaction and complications of patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps

目的研究临床护理路径对子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者护理满意度及并发症的影响。方法选取726例行宫腔镜手术治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者,依据入院顺序分为对照组与观察组,每组363例。对照组手术期间配合常规护理,观察组手术期间配合临床护理路径护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度99.17%高于对照组的95.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜手术期间配合临床护理路径可缩短术后住院时间,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the efFect of clinical nursing path on nursing satisfaction and complications of patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.Methods 726 patients with endometrial polyps undergoing hysteroscopic surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 363 cases in each group.The control group cooperated with routine nursing during operation,and the observation group cooperated with clinical nursing route nursing during operation.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 99.17%higher than that of control group 95.04%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with endometrial polyps during hysteroscopic surgery combined with clinical nursing pathway can shorten postoperative hospital stay,reduce complications,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
