围术期快速康复护理对宫外孕患者术后疼痛及 情绪的影响

Influence of perioperative fast rehabilitation nursing on postoperative pain and emotion in patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的研究宫外孕患者围术期快速康复护理的应用价值。方法选取30例行宫外孕手术患者,采用电脑随机分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围术期快速康复护理。比较两组术后并发症发生情况、疼痛度及不良情绪改善情况。结果观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者疼痛评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者疼痛评分、SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(3.20±0.36).(25.51±4.10)、(26.34±4.24)分,均低于对照组的(5.19±0.88).(35.55±5.09).(34.99±5.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫外孕患者在围术期应用快速康复护理可明显促进术后康复,降低并发症发生,改善疼痛度及不良情绪状况,临床可推广应用。

Objective To study the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 30 patients with ectopic pregnancy operation were selected and divided into control group and observation group by computer randomized method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,pain degree and improvement of adverse mood were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in pain scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the pain score,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were(3.20±0.36),(25.51±4.10)and(26.34±4.24)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(5.19±0.88),(35.55±5.09)and(34.99±5.15)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative application of rapid rehabilitation nursing for ectopic pregnancy patients can significantly promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the degree of pain and adverse emotional conditions,and can be popularized in clinical application.
