基于工业互联网的远程智能调控喷涂绿色生产线产学研案例

摘要 本课程案例将采用广东博硕涂装技术有限公司的基于工业互联网技术智能喷涂生产线为典型案例,进行机械工程导论中关于智能制造的示范讲解。通过将5G、远程调控和工业互联网先进技术应用于智能喷涂机器人工作场景,向研究生展示中国家具机械行业工业4.0的智能喷涂生产线,展示基于工业互联网技术的远程智能调控定制家具后工段智能化自适应的喷涂生产线及控制系统。该系统可实现定制家具智能优选最佳的喷漆模式和最佳的喷涂方向及合理的散射角;定制家具在生产线上每块板的尺寸和厚度都不同,在保证最高生产率的条件下,通过实时调整生产线数控系统的喷涂参数,实现喷涂智能控制;利用人工智能和专家系统,根据自学习的机理,逐步实现工业大数据的智能调控,在客户定制数据传给数控系统后,利用互联网高速传输的特性,使系统自动匹配最合理的数控加工参数,实现生产线的智能化,很好地阐释了机械控制工程导论的理论联系实践,有效地辅助了研究生对于机械工程导论的学习与理解。 This course uses the intelligent spraying production line based on industrial Internet technology of Guangdong Richfruits Coating Technology Co.,Ltd as a typical case to demonstrate the intelligent manufacturing in the introduction to mechanical engineering.By applying 5G,remote control and industrial Internet advanced technologies to the working scene of intelligent spraying robots on the factory production line,the intelligent spraying production line of China’s furniture machinery industry Industry 4.0 is shown to graduate students,and the intelligent and self-adaptive spraying production line and control system in the back section of intelligent remote control of customized furniture based on industrial Internet technology is shown.The system can realize the intelligent selection of the best spraying mode,the best spraying direction and reasonable scattering angle for customized furniture.For custom furniture,the size and thickness of each board on the production line are different,the spraying parameters of the CNC system of the production line are adjusted in real time to realize intelligent spraying control under the condition of ensuring the highest productivity.Using artificial intelligence and expert systems,the intelligent regulation of industrial big data is gradually realized according to the mechanism of self-learning.After the customized data is transmitted to the CNC system,the high-speed transmission of the Internet is used to make the system automatically match the most reasonable CNC machining parameters,and it realizes the intellectualization of the production line,well explains the theory and practice of the introduction to mechanical control engineering,and effectively assist the graduate students to study and understand the introduction to mechanical engineering.
