Research on the Relationship Between Science and Technology Talent Policy and Regional Development

以科技人才为研究对象,研究科技人才政策对区域发展的作用,并对研究中发现的问题提出相关对策建议,即结合区域产业发展现状制定科技人才政策,多维度考量构建人才培养机制,结合区域优势制定科技人才激励机制,通过开展政策宣讲促进科技人才引进。

Taking scientific and technological talents as the research object,this paper studies the role of scientific and technological talents policy on regional development,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems found in the research,that is,to formulate scientific and technological talents policy in combination with the current situation of regional industrial development,to construct a talent cultivation mechanism based on multi-dimensional considerations,to formulate an incentive mechanism for scientific and technological talents in combination with regional advantages,and to promote the introduction of scientific and technological talents through policy advocacy.
