摘要 本文以某市排水管网施工项目为研究对象,重点讨论顶管施工工艺、注浆减阻技术和中继间技术,分析了轴向沉降和施工横断面沉降监测数据。研究表明,注浆减阻技术可有效减小管道与土体之间的摩擦力,中继间的合理布置和适时启动能有效保证顶管施工顺利进行。施工中的最大沉降量小于5 mm,安全可控。 Taking the drainage pipe network construction project in a city as the research object,this paper focuses on pipe jacking construction technology,resistance reduction technology by grouting and relaying technology,and analyzes the monitoring data of axial settlement and construction cross section settlement.The research shows that the resistance reduction technology by grouting can effectively reduce the friction between the pipeline and the soil,and the reasonable layout and timely startup of the relay can ensure the smooth progress of pipe jacking construction.The maximum settlement during construction is less than 5 mm,which is safe and controllable.
