摘要
在分析二部合成氨进出口气时,发现不同人员在分析同一个样品时经常会出现氮含量的波动,而氮含量的波动将影响合成氨进出口气的氢氮比。为了进一步对提升分析数据的精准度进行分析,采取了实验的方式,结果表明,需要对氨合成塔进出口工艺气的分析方法进行改进,从而保证为工艺提供更加可靠的数据。
When analyzing the inlet and outlet gas of synthetic ammonia in Part Ⅱ, it is found that different personnel often have fluctuations in nitrogen content when analyzing the same sample, and the fluctuations in nitrogen content will affect the hydrogen nitrogen ratio of the inlet and outlet gas of synthetic ammonia. In order to further analyze the accuracy of the analysis data, the experimental method was adopted. The results show that the analysis method of the process gas at the inlet and outlet of the ammonia converter needs to be improved to ensure more reliable data for the process.
