摘要
2503运输巷掘进需通过DF21、DF22等导水断层,在断层影响下存在围岩破碎、承载能力不足。为提高巷道掘进效率并提高安全保障能力,提出使用帷幕注浆方式对断层导水裂隙进行封堵并加固破碎煤岩体,依据现场条件对帷幕注浆加固方案进行设计。工程应用后,巷道掘进过导水断层期间未出现淋水、围岩变形大等问题,取得较好防治水效果。
The driving of 2503 transport roadway needs to pass through DF21,DF22 and other water conducting faults.Under the influence of the faults,the surrounding rock is broken and the bearing capacity is insufficient.In order to improve the efficiency of roadway excavation and improve the safety assurance capability,it is proposed to use curtain grouting method to seal the fault water conducting fissure and reinforce the broken coal and rock mass,and the curtain grouting reinforcement scheme is designed according to the site conditions.After the application of the project,no problems such as water sprinkling and large deformation of surrounding rock occur during the tunneling through the water conducting fault,and good water control effect has been achieved.
