综放工作面过褶曲及断层影响区防治水技术研究

摘要 401101综放工作面回采范围内发育有X1向斜及DF29断层,在向斜及断层叠加影响区内煤层标高较低且裂隙发育,给煤炭安全回采带来一定制约。针对采面地质情况以及DF29断层具有一定富水、导水性特征,提出以超前疏排、注浆封堵以及限高开采等方式进行防治水,降低断层影响范围内涌水量以及开采扰动;通过完善采面排水系统、增大排水量解决褶曲影响范围内煤层底板标高低、容易积水问题。现场应用后,采面在过褶曲及断层影响区时顶板淋水量较小且采面顶板、支架等始终保持稳定,取得较好应用成果。 X1 syncline and DF29 fault are developed within the mining range of 401101 fully mechanized top coal caving face.The coal seam elevation in the syncline and fault overlapping influence area is low and the fractures are developed,which has certain constraints on the safe mining of coal.In view of the geological conditions of the mining face and the water rich and conductive characteristics of DF29 fault,it is proposed to prevent and control water by means of advanced drainage,grouting plugging and limited height mining,so as to reduce the water inflow and mining disturbance within the influence range of the fault;By improving the drainage system of the mining face and increasing the drainage volume,the problem of low floor elevation and easy water accumulation of the coal seam within the influence range of the fold can be solved.After field application,the roof water spray is small and the roof and support of the mining face are always stable when the mining face is in the area affected by folds and faults,and good application results are achieved.
