摘要
针对超长距离巷道在掘进期间通风困难、风阻大等问题,在对现阶段矿井常用的局部通风方式分析基础上,提出采用单巷单机通风方式为巷道供风。根据3506运输巷现场实际条件,对局部通风机型号以及风筒类型等进行确定,并具体给出通风减漏及节能技术措施。现场应用后,掘进迎头风量始终在合理范围内,为长距离巷道掘进创造良好条件。
In view of the problems of difficult ventilation and large wind resistance during the excavation of ultra long distance roadway,based on the analysis of the commonly used local ventilation methods in the mine at this stage,a single roadway single machine ventilation mode is proposed to supply air for the roadway.According to the actual site conditions of 3506 transport roadway,the model of local ventilator and the type of air duct are determined,and specific ventilation leakage reduction and energy saving technical measures are given.After field application,the heading air volume is always within a reasonable range,creating good conditions for long-distance roadway excavation.
