浅埋煤层回采巷道变形破坏特征与围岩控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决光道矿9101工作面沿空掘进巷道受围岩应力影响,巷道顶板及两帮变形位移量大,矿压显现剧烈的问题。通过现场围岩变形观测,钻孔窥视等手段对光道矿9101工作面运输顺槽实施监测。根据检测结果设计提出U型架棚、注浆、锚网索等方式对围岩进行加强控制技术,实践应用取得良好效果,围岩变形量减小,顶底板位移量75 mm,两帮位移量96 mm,巷道支护效果明显,保证矿井安全生产。 In order to solve the problem of large deformation and displacement of roadway roof and two sides,and severe ground pressure appearance,the gob side drift of Guangdao 9101 working face is affected by surrounding rock stress.The transportation gateway of Guangdao 9101 working face is monitored by means of field surrounding rock deformation observation,borehole peeping,etc.According to the test results,U-shaped shed,grouting,anchor mesh cable and other methods are designed to strengthen the control technology of surrounding rock.Good results have been achieved in practice.The deformation of surrounding rock is reduced,the displacement of roof and floor is 75 mm,and the displacement of two sides is 96 mm.The roadway support effect is obvious,ensuring safe production of the mine.
