煤矿井下综采设备回撤工艺技术研究

摘要 针对煤矿井下综采面设备回撤过程中工艺繁琐、效率低、安全性差的不足,提出了一种新的煤矿井下综采设备回撤工艺技术。以综采面原有的液压支架为基础实现回撤过程中的迎头支护方案,根据实际应用表明,新的综采设备回撤工艺,将井下回撤时间缩短了27.8%,有效的提升了设备回撤效率和安全性。 In view of the disadvantages of tedious process,low efficiency and poor safety in the process of equipment withdrawal in the fully mechanized coal mining face,a new technology for equipment withdrawal in the fully mechanized coal mining face is proposed.Based on the original hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining face,the head-on support scheme in the withdrawal process is realized.According to the actual application,the new withdrawal process of fully mechanized mining equipment shortens the underground withdrawal time by 27.8%,effectively improving the equipment withdrawal efficiency and safety.
