加强知识治理:职业教育深化产教融合的新策略 被引量:6

摘要 新时代为应对知识社会快速变革的挑战,职业教育深化产教融合应满足适应个人全面发展的需要、促进高质量教育体系的发展和增强职业教育适应性等新要求。传统的科层治理、市场治理和协商治理等方式,难以解决知识治理滞后所导致的主体碎片化、过度指令化和协商网络稀释化等新问题。加强知识治理成为职业教育深化产教融合的新可能,其重要抓手是明确知识治理的主体、模式和对象三维要素的关联机制,构建职业教育深化产教融合知识治理的理论框架,深化产教融合知识治理的理论理解。具体行动策略包括构建消解主体碎片化的知识治理共同体,充分激励个体参与动机,发挥中介组织调节功能和国家顶层统筹功能;制定克服过度指令化的知识治理标准,在个体层面制定知识共享与知识流通标准,在组织层面加强知识协作标准,在国家层面强化知识领导标准等;构建凝聚协商网络稀释化的知识治理制度,形成稳定的、弹性的知识治理制度,增强职业教育适应性。 In order to meet the challenges of rapid changes in the knowledge society in the new era,deepening the integration of vocational education with industry should meet the new requirements of adapting to the needs of comprehensive personal development,promoting the development of a high-quality education system and enhancing the adaptability of vocational education.The traditional methods of section-level governance,market governance and consultative governance can hardly solve new problems,such as the fragmentation of subjects,excessive directives and dilution of consultative networks caused by the lagging of knowledge governance.Strengthening knowledge governance will become a new possibility for deepening the integration of vocational education with industry.Its important gripis to clarify the association mechanism of the three-dimensional elements of the subject,mode and object of knowledge governance,construct a theoretical framework for deepening the knowledge governance of the integration of vocational education with industry,and deepen the theoretical understanding of the knowledge governance of the integration of vocational education with industry.The specific action strategies include building a knowledge governance community that eliminates the subject fragmentation,fully stimulates the motivation of individual participation,and brings into play the regulatory function of intermediary organisations and the top-level coordination function of the state;formulating a knowledge governance standard that overcomes excessive directives,such as developing knowledge sharing and circulating standards at the individual level,strengthening knowledge collaboration standards at the organizational level,and enhancing knowledge leadership standards at the national level;and constructing a knowledge governance system that dilutes the cohesive consultation network and forming a stable and flexible knowledge governance system,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education.
