摘要
主要介绍了冷轧机生产时出现厚度峰刺的影响因素和解决方向。针对冷轧机在轧制时出现的带材厚度峰刺而造成产品报废的问题,通过分析来料缺陷、测厚仪冷却温度、带材速度打滑、异物飞入测量区、C型架轨道磨损震动、齿轮箱换挡啮合不良、开卷和卷取张力不匹配、前置放大电路板故障、电控系统接地信号不良等问题,针对不同的现象逐步跟踪,从根本上解决了问题,取得了很好的效果。
The influencing factors and solutions of thickness spikes during cold rolling mill production are introduced in the paper. For cold rolling mill in the rolling of strip thickness peak stab products scrap problem, by analyzing the problems such as incoming defect,cooling temperature, speed of strip thickness gauge skid, foreign body into the measurement zone, C type frame rail wear abnormal vibration, gearbox shift gear meshing, uncoiling and coiling tension does not match, preamplifier circuit board fault, electronic control system grounding problem, different phenomena has been tracked step by step, the problems have been fundamentally solved, and good results have been obtained.
