摘要 通过数十次生产试验,在以往模具设计与制造基础上不断创新改进,成功生产出一系列新能源汽车挤压铝型材,实现了新能源汽车材料内外无粗晶等缺陷,使得挤压生产率和成品率大幅度提升,较好地满足了企业生产对新能源汽车材料的质量需求。 Through dozens of production tests and continuous innovation and improvement in the past mold design and manufacturing, a series of automotive new energy extruded aluminum profiles was successfully produced, which realized that there were no defects such as coarse grains inside and outside the new energy automotive materials, and greatly improved the extrusion productivity and finished product rate, so as to meet the supply of new energy automotive materials produced by enterprises and meet the quality needs of customers.
