Bone safety management in breast cancer survivors:an evidence summary

摘要 目的:汇总和评价乳腺癌患者骨安全管理的证据,为临床护理提供循证依据。方法:依据“6S”循证医学模型检索国内外指南网、数据库及相关网站,检索时限为建库至2021年11月。由2名研究者分别进行文献质量评价、证据提取及级别评定。结果:共纳入17篇文献,其中5篇指南,8篇系统评价,4篇专家共识。总结出24条最佳证据,包括骨安全评估、调整生活方式、骨健康补充剂、运动干预、药物干预和疼痛管理6个方面。结论:医护人员在应用证据时应充分考虑临床条件和患者特征,选择合适的骨安全评估方式,及时采取防治措施,并提高骨安全相关疼痛的应对水平。 Objective:To retrieve,appraise and summarize the evidence of bone safety management in breast cancer survivors.Methods:We searched guideline networks,databases and related websites based on the evidence pyramid model from the inception of databases to November 2021.Two researchers evaluated the quality of studies and level of evidence independently.Results:A total of 17 articles were included,including 5 guidelines,8 systematic reviews and 4 expert consensus documents.A total of 24 evidence items were summarized from six aspects:bone safety assessment,lifestyle adjustments,bone health supplements,exercise interventions,drug interventions and pain management.Conclusion:Healthcare professionals should consider the characteristics of clinical environment and breast cancer survivors to select appropriate bone safety assessment methods and implement bone safety management interventions timely.
