乡村振兴视域下农民信息获取优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Farmers’Information Acquisition from the Perspective of Rural Vitalization

农民作为乡村振兴的主体,农民信息获取效能提升是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。为进一步提升农民信息获取能力,通过实地调研,对20名农民和5名地方干部展开深度访谈,提炼出影响农民信息获取的三个主范畴,即信息内容、信息素养和信息环境,探索出主范畴间的典型关系,形成农民信息获取影响因素理论框架。基于该地区农民在信息获取过程存在的问题,提出降低信息内容理解难度、提升农民信息素养、完善信息环境建设等建议,为提升农民信息获取能力,进而推动乡村振兴提供思路参考。

As the main body of rural revitalization,the improvement of farmers’information acquisition efficiency is an important part of rural revitalization strategy.In order to explore the optimization strategy of farmers’information acquisition,field research is carried out.Through in-depth interviews with 20 farmers and 5 local cadres,three main categories affecting farmers’information acquisition,namely information content,information literacy and information environment,are extracted.The typical relationship between the main categories is explored,and the theoretical framework of influencing factors of farmers’information acquisition is formed.Based on the problems existing in the process of farmers’information acquisition in this area,this paper puts forward some suggestions to reduce the difficulty of understanding information content,improve farmers’information literacy and improve the construction of information environment,so as to provide ideas and references for improving farmers’information acquisition ability and promoting rural revitalization.
