摘要
介绍了光纤氢气传感器的传感机理,总结了近年来,国内外基于钯(Pd)及其复合膜的光纤氢气传感器的研究现状,对比了不同传感器的测量方法、探头结构和传感性能。阐述了光纤氢气传感器的理论模型及其实际局限性。提出新型氢敏材料、优化光纤微结构设计是提高光纤氢气传感器重复性、灵敏度和响应时间的研究方向。
The sensing mechanism of the optical fiber hydrogen sensor is introduced,the research status of the optical fiber hydrogen sensor based on Pd and its composite film at home and abroad in recent years is summarized,and the measurement methods,probe structure and sensing performance of different sensors are compared.The theoretical model for the optical fiber hydrogen sensor and its practical limitations are described.It is proposed that novel hydrogen-sensitive materials and optimizing the design of optical fiber microstructure are the research directions to improve the repeatability,sensitivity and response time of optical fiber hydrogen sensors.
