摘要
开发超高层建筑的有效使用空间,一直以来都是超高层建筑设计的一个难点。结构技术与建筑空间的关系密切,其作用是帮助建筑物建立稳定、安全的空间和外部形式,因此结构设计与建筑形式存在必然联系。优化结构系统和建筑功能,提高建筑空间的效能,是结构技术的重要作用。本文从两个超高层建筑设计出发,阐述斜交网格框筒结构(由承担整栋大楼荷载的斜交网格柱和水平环梁组成)在超高层建筑设计中的优势——可使超高层建筑拥有受大众欢迎,通透、舒适且高效的无障碍标准层。
It has always been a difficult point in the design of super high-rise buildings to develop more effective space for use.Structural technology is closely related to the building space,and its role is to help the building establish a stable and secure space and external form.Therefore,the structure design and the building form exist the inevitable connection.Optimizing the structure system and the building function,and improving the efficiency of the building space are important roles of the structure technology.This paper starts from designs of two super high-rise buildings.The advantages of oblique grid frame tube structure(This structure is composed of oblique grid columns and horizontal ring beams that bear the load of the whole building)in super high-rise building design are expounded.This structural form makes super high-rise buildings have popular,transparent,comfortable and efficient column-free standard layers.
