城市更新背景下的综合医院改扩建设计研究与实践

RESEARCH AND PRACTICE ON RECONSTRUCTION AND EXPANSION OF GENERAL HOSPITALS UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF URBAN RENEWAL

在以城市更新为发展主题的背景下,综合医院改扩建需要考虑城市的发展趋势,从城市更新的视角进行设计。本文结合有机更新的理念,提出了综合医院的改扩建策略——延续城市肌理文脉特征,统筹优化院区内外交通,结合用地条件合理分期建设,应用新技术解决传统疑难问题,从而为综合医院的改扩建设计提供参考。

Under the background of current development theme of urban renewal,the reconstruction and expansion of general hospitals should consider urban development trend and design from the perspective of urban renewal.Combined with the concept of organic renewal,this paper puts forward the reconstruction and expansion strategies of the general hospital:continuing the urban texture and context characteristics,optimizing the transportation inside and outside the hospital area as a whole,construction by stages combined with the land use conditions,and applying new technology to solve the traditional complex problems,to provide references for the reconstruction and expansion design of general hospitals.
