考虑居住自选择的公交方式选择研究

摘要 选取房价作为工具变量,采用控制函数法,建立了抑制居住自选择效应的多项Probit模型,并基于苏州市居民出行调查数据,对居住自选择效应的影响进行实证分析.研究发现:居住自选择效应会显著影响公共交通方式选择,且对不同区域居民的影响存在差异.轨交站点附近约1.9 km范围内,居民的轨交出行选择同时受到居住自选择效应和可达性的影响;而1.9 km范围外的居民,在选择居住地时已经不考虑将轨道交通作为日常出行方式,可达性因素不再影响其方式选择. A control function approach is utilized to develop a multinomial probit model and estimate the effect of residential self-selection on travel mode choice by introducing the average housing price per square meter of residential areas as an instrumental variable.The empirical analysis was performed based on the household travel survey data from Suzhou.The results suggest that residential self-selection significantly affects rail transit choice and has different effects on residents in different regions.The residents living within approximately a 1.9 km radius from a metro station are influenced by residential self-selection and accessibility simultaneously when they consider travel modes.Other residents are no longer considered rail transit as a daily travel mode when choosing a place to live,and the accessibility factors do not affect their mode choice.
