摘要
针对音圈绕制工业化生产中,经常发生的断线、产品变形和产品一致性差等诸多问题,研制了全自动单轴音圈绕线机.采用设计分析法构建了全自动单轴音圈绕线机的整体机械结构并绘制三维模型;运用SolidWorks软件中的Simulation模块对关键部位进行有限元分析,最后对其进行了虚拟装配和运动仿真.结果表明:全自动单轴音圈绕线机关键部位的应力、位移和应变、零件设计的合理性、绕线机运动的可行性均达到了设计的要求,实现了音圈绕制的自动化和连续化,对整个电子产品生产领域产生了推动作用.
Aiming at the problems such as frequent wire breakage,product deformation and poor product consistency in voice coil winding in the existing industrialized production,a fully automatic single-axis voice coil winding machine is developed.Using the design analysis method,the overall mechanical structure of the fully automatic single-axis voice coil winding machine was constructed,and the three-dimensional model was constructed.The simulation module in SolidWorks was used to perform finite element analysis on the key parts,and Virtual assembly and motion simulation were performed based on the SolidWorks software.The results show that the stress,displacement and strain of the key parts of the fully automatic single-axis voice coil winding machine,the rationality of the part design,and the feasibility of the winding machine movement all meet the design requirements.The fully automatic single-axis voice coil winding machine realizes the automation and continuity of the voice coil winding,which promotes the entire field of electronic product production.
