针对F企业手机生产现场流水线平衡率低的问题,探索一种有效的改善方案.首先对企业流水线以及物料运送情况进行分析并查找问题,然后运用工业工程中模特排时法进行动作分析,利用节拍平衡方法对生产流水线进行工序重拍,降低瓶颈时间,并且利用5S方法、物流规划等方法解决上述问题.最终使得该企业流水线节拍平衡率由60%提升到88%,从而提升了企业流水线的生产效率,消除了浪费.

Aiming at the problem of low assembly line balance rate of mobile phone production site in an enterprise,the problem on the production site is analyzed,the solution is explored,and an improvement plan that is most beneficial to the current situation of the production enterprise is obtained.First of all,the enterprise assembly line and material transportation situation is summarized,and the problem is explored.The action analysis is carried out by using the model timing method in industrial engineering,Take Time method is used to dissect the production assembly line process remake and reduce bottleneck time.Using 5 s method,the logistics planning methods is employed to solve the above problems.Finally,the rhythm balance rate of the assembly line of the enterprise is increased from 60%to 88%.Thus,the production efficiency of the assembly line of the enterprise is improved and the waste is eliminated.
