摘要
针对工厂设备在工作过程中可能损坏的情况,设计了一套以STM32为主控的振动信号采集系统,并应用ZigBee无线通信模块进行数据传输,实现对设备滚动轴承的实时监测。首先通过加速度传感器获取振动数据,然后经过信号调理和A/D转换后存储,最后通过ZigBee组网无线传输的方式在数据处理终端对数据进行处理分析,实现机器故障监测功能。通过滚动轴承模拟试验台测试,该系统可以实现振动信号的采集;通过对数据以CEEMD与峭度系数分解重构后进行包络分析,提取故障特征频率。该系统可以应用于设备的异常振动监测。
Aiming at the condition that the factory equipment may be damaged during the working process,this paper designs a set of vibration signal acquisition system with STM32 as the main control,and uses ZigBee wireless communication module for data transmission,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of rolling bearings of the equipment.Firstly,the vibration data is obtained through the acceleration sensor,and then stored after signal conditioning and A/D conversion.Finally,the data is processed and analyzed in the data processing terminal through ZigBee network wireless transmission,so as to realize the machine fault monitoring function.The vibration signal can be collected by the rolling bearing simulation test bench.After the data is decomposed and reconstructed by CEEMD and kurtosis coefficient,the envelope is analyzed to obtain the characteristic frequency of the fault.The system can be applied to the abnormal vibration monitoring of equipment.
