摘要
随着电气铁路的快速发展,低温高寒地区接触线得到普遍应用,其力学和电学性能对电气化铁路接触网的供电可靠性具有重要影响。通过对比试验研究了低温(-55℃)和常温(25℃)环境对CTMM150接触线力学和电学性能的影响。试验研究结果表明,低温试验后,接触线的拉断力提高了2.2%,电阻率降低了16.0%,伸长率降低了8.8%,其各项性能均满足标准要求。为低温高寒地区电气化铁路接触线的应用提供了数据支撑。
With the rapid development of electric railways, contact wires are commonly used in low temperature and alpine areas,and their mechanical and electrical properties have an important impact on the reliability of the power supply of the electrified railway catenary. In this paper,the effect of low temperature(-55 ℃) and room temperature(25 ℃) environments on the mechanical and electrical properties of CTMM150 contact wire is investigated through comparative tests. The results show that after the low temperature test,the breaking force of contact wire increases by 2. 2%,the resistivity decreases by 16. 0%,but the elongation decreases by 8. 8%,and all meet the standard requirements. The test results provide data support for the application of electrified railway contact wire in low temperature and alpine regions.
