双点式高速冲压机械振动控制研究

摘要 对高速冲压机械因不平衡惯性力而引起的振动问题进行研究,提出一种平衡机构惯性力的振动控制方法。以双点式高速冲压机械实验台为研究对象,基于集中参数法建立整机三自由度动力学模型,利用龙格库塔法求解冲压机械振动特性。定量分析机构惯性力和冲压载荷对机器振幅的影响。采用近似对称布置机构法进行机构平衡方案设计,以附加平衡机构连杆及滑块质量为优化变量,以机构惯性力变动量最小为优化目标函数,利用ADAMS进行机构平衡优化设计。振动特性理论分析结果表明,基于振动关键影响因素惯性力进行机构平衡仿真优化设计,提升机械动力学性能。 The vibration problem of the high-speed press caused by unbalanced inertial force is studied,and a vibration control method of balancing the inertial force of the mechanism is proposed.Taking the two-point high-speed press test-bed as the research object,the three-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of the whole machine is established based on the lumped parameter method,and the vibration characteristics of the press are obtained by Runge Kutta method.The influence of inertial force and press load of the mechanism on the amplitude of the machine is quantitatively analyzed.The approximate symmetrical arrangement mechanism method is used to design the mechanism balance scheme.Taking the mass of the connecting rod and the slider of the additional balance mechanism as the optimization variable and the minimum variable momentum of the inertial force of the mechanism as the optimization objective function,the mechanism balance optimization design is carried out by using ADAMS.The theoretical analysis results of vibration characteristics show that the mechanism balance simulation and optimization design based on the inertial force can improve the dynamic performance of the machine.
