摘要 搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)是一种应用广泛的固相连接技术,其焊接工艺参数可通过获取焊接过程作用力的方式来进行研究。针对焊接过程中作用力跨尺度、多维的特点,利用ABAQUS动态仿真获得了跨尺度顶锻力、进给力和侧向力值,为测力仪量程的确定提供依据。采用四点支撑式测量方法,通过仿真分析得出单个测力单元的最优量程。根据量程和石英晶片性能,完成了压电测力单元设计。对设计的测力单元进行静态标定,得出非线性、重复性和向间干扰等静态指标。结果表明,该测力单元具有向间干扰小(1.5%)、量程大(50000 N)、固有频率高(8 kHz)等优点。 Friction stir welding(FSW)is a widely used solid-state bonding technology,and its welding process parameters can be studied by obtaining the welding force.In view of the cross-scale and multi-dimensional characteristics of the forces in the welding process,the values of the cross-scale forging force,the feed force and the lateral force were obtained by using ABAQUS dynamic simulation,which provided a basis for determining the range of the dynamometer.The optimal range of a single force measuring unit is obtained by means of simulation analysis.According to the measurement range and the performance of the quartz wafer,the piezoelectric force measuring unit is designed.The static calibration of the designed force measuring unit is carried out,and the static indexes such as nonlinearity,repeatability and interdirectional interference are obtained.The results show that the force measuring unit has the advantages of low interference(1.5%),large range(50000N)and high natural frequency(8kHz).
