摘要
带材收放卷机构在纺织工业、印刷工业中起到越来越重要的作用,张力控制是保证带材收放卷机构质量的关键,因而恒张力控制技术的限制会使得产品的不合格率较高。为了解决带材产品张力控制的问题,开发了一种基于PLC的带材收放卷张力控制系统。通过带材张力分析,得出带材保持张力的方法,并设计了使用PID算法的带材收放卷张力控制系统。选用了西门子PLC作为控制器,触摸屏作为上位机,设计了硬件和软件系统,提高了自动化程度,使操作方便;建立了张力控制系统数学建模并对其进行了仿真,进一步验证了系统的可靠性。
The strip reeling mechanism plays an increasingly important role in the textile industry and the printing industry.Due to the restrictions of the constant tension control technology,the failure rate of products is relatively high.In order to improve the quality of strip products,a tension control system for the strip reeling mechanism is designed based on PLC.Through the analysis of the strip tension,the method of maintaining the tension of the strip is obtained,and the tension control system based on PID algorithm is designed.Siemens S7-300 PLC is selected as the control unit and the touch screen is used as the master computer.The hardware and software systems are designed to improve the degree of automation and to make the operation convenient.The mathematical model of the tension control system is established and simulated to further verify the reliability of the system.
