文旅融合背景下公共文化场馆协同服务的SWOT分析——以江门地区为例

SWOT Analysis on Collaborative Services of Public Cultural Venues in the Context of the Integration of Culture and Tourism—Taking Jiangmen Area as an Example

公共文化场馆除了向社会公众提供基本的、公益性的文化服务外,还兼具为外地游客提供旅游公共服务的功能。文旅融合背景下公共文化场馆面临全新的挑战和机遇,公共文化场馆孤立分离、单打独斗的运作模式不适应文旅融合发展需要。该文分析了文旅融合背景下公共文化场馆协同服务的优势(Strengths)、劣势(Weaknesses)、机会(Opportunities)、威胁(Threats),提出了实现公共文化场馆实现协同服务的相应策略及实现途径。

Public cultural venues not only provide basic and public welfare cultural services to the public,but also serve as public tourism services for foreign tourists.In the context of the integration of culture and tourism,public cultural venues are facing new challenges and opportunities.The isolated and independent operation mode of public cultural venues does not meet the needs of the integration of culture and tourism development.This paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of collaborative services for public cultural venues in the context of the integration of culture and tourism,and puts forward the corresponding strategies and ways to achieve collaborative services for public cultural venues.
