“六度”育人观:高校课程思政建设路径探究

摘要 要做好课程思政建设,高校需坚持并践行“六度”育人观。一是人格要有高度:以德立身,以德育人;二是知识要有广度:终身学习,以识引人;三是理论要有深度:潜心问道,以理服人;四是课堂要有温度:创新课堂,以情动人;五是文化要有厚度:传承文化,以文化人;六是保障要有力度:制度激励,以章治校。其中人格高度是前提,知识广度和理论深度是基础,课堂温度和文化厚度是关键,保障力度是激励。通过“六度”育人观,将思政之“盐”融于课程之“汤”中,实现春风化雨、润物无声的育人效果,最终落实立德树人的根本任务。 Universities should persist and practice the"six degrees"education concept to do well in course ideological and political education.Firstly,have a high degree of personality:build oneself by virtue and educate people with morals;secondly,have a breadth of knowledge:establish a lifelong learning philosophy to attract people;Thirdly,have depth in theory:concentrate on research to persuade people with reason;Fourthly,have a temperature in the classroom:innovative classrooms by moving people with emotion;fifthly,have a profound culture:inherit and educate people with culture;sixthly,have a strong guarantee:manage school by institutional incentives.Among them,the height of personality is the prerequisite,knowledge breadth and theoretical depth are the basis,classroom temperature and cultural thickness are the key,and the degree of protection is the incentive.Through the"six degrees"educational concept,the"salt"of ideology and politics is integrated into the"soup"of the curriculum,so as to realize the effect of educating people with spring breeze and rain,moisturizing things silently,finally to fulfill the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.
