新时代高校肩负着传播红色文化和红色基因育人的历史重任,其育人工作呈现新特征和新要求,闽西红色文化作为红色文化的一部分,蕴含着深厚的科学内涵和时代价值。作为高校育人工作者,要以新时代文化自信为视角,分析闽西红色文化融入高校育人工作机制现状和所存在的问题,剖析闽西红色文化与高校育人工作机制的内在联系,探索二者相互融合的正确理念和合理对策,以闽西红色文化的科学内涵和时代价值来进一步提升高校育人的针对性和实效性,有效地实现高校育人工作的成效。

In the new era,the universities shoulder the historical responsibility of disseminating red culture and red gene education.Their educational work presents new characteristics and new requirements.As part of the red culture,the red culture in western Fujian contains profound scientific connotation and contemporary value.As an educator in the universities,from the perspective of cultural self-confidence in the new era,we must analyze the current situation and problems of the integration of red culture into college education in western Fujian,analyze the internal connection between red culture and education of the universities,and explore the interaction between the two.The correct concept of integration and reasonable countermeasures are used to further enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the education with the scientific connotation and value of the times of the red culture in western Fujian,and effectively realize the effectiveness of the education of colleges and universities.
