单能量去金属伪影技术在腹主动脉腔内修复术Ⅰ型内漏弹簧圈栓塞术后复查中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估单能量去金属伪影(single energy metal artifact reduction,SEMAR)技术在腹主动脉腔内修复术(endovascular aortic repair,EVAR)Ⅰ型内漏弹簧圈栓塞术后CTA复查中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2022年3月在中山大学附属第一医院行Ⅰ型内漏行弹簧圈栓塞术及全腹CTA检查的19例次患者图像,对原始数据分别用NO-SEMAR及SEMAR技术进行重建,对比两组图像主观评分及伪影周围对比噪声比(constrast-to-niose ratio,CNR)、伪影指数(artifacts index,AI)和伪影最大直径。结果使用SEMAR技术后,图像质量主观及CNR明显升高(P<0.05),AI及伪影最大直径明显降低(P<0.05)。结论SEMAR技术可减少弹簧圈伪影,提高CTA图像质量,能清晰显示瘤体、支架、弹簧圈与内漏情况,有利于EVAR术后Ⅰ型内漏患者的诊疗。 Objective To evaluate the value of single energy metal artifact reduction(SEMAR)technique in the review of CTA for spring coil embolization of typeⅠendoleak after endovascular aortic repair(EVAR).Methods The images of 19 cases who underwent spring coil embolization for typeⅠendoleak after EVAR and reviewed by whole abdominal CTA in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between December 2019 and March 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The raw data were reconstructed with NO-SEMAR and SEMAR respectively.The subjective image score,contrast noise ratio(CNR)around artifacts,artifact index(AI)and maximum diameter of artifacts were compared between the two groups.Results After using SEMAR technology,the image quality subjective and CNR were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the AI and maximum diameter of artifacts were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion SEMAR technique can reduce the artifacts of spring coils and improve the quality of CTA images,thus enabling clear display of the aneurysm,stent,spring coils and endoleaks,which is beneficial for the review of patients with typeⅠendoleak after EVAR.
