摘要
圆珠笔是人们日常生活中必不可少的书写工具。笔头的质量是影响圆珠笔书写性能的主要因素之一。自1888年美国人约翰·劳德发明了球珠滚动出墨的圆珠笔以来,其笔头主体结构别无二致。随着人们生活水平的提高,对书写工具的品质也提出了更高的要求。本文通过研究分析传统圆珠笔头的固有结构缺陷,创造性地提出了一种新型U型笔头的设计及加工方案。此举旨在解决传统笔头加工工序分散、精度高难度大的问题,提高了零件的结构工艺性,降低了生产成本和能源损耗,同时改善使用时书写受阻、断线飞白、安全性低等书写性能问题,为我国书写工具的设计制造水平再上新台阶提供了全新的发展思路。
The ballpoint pen is an essential writing tool in daily life. The writing experience of a ballpoint pen depends mainly on the quality of the nib. The main structure of the nib has not seen any change since American John Roud invented a ballpoint pen with the ball rolling out ink in 1888. However, rising living standards require high-quality writing tools. Against this backdrop, this paper introduces a new U-shaped nib and its processing scheme through research and analysis. It provides a solution to many problems that are detrimental to the production and use of traditional pen nibs, such as scattered processes,difficult processing, high writing resistance, skipping, and poor safety due to processing accuracy and structural limitations. It greatly improves the structural processability of the parts while reducing production costs and energy losses, and also paves a new way for the design and manufacturing level of writing instruments in China to reach a new level.
