摘要
为提高喷气涡流纺包芯纱纺制过程的自动化程度,设计了一种喷气涡流纺包芯纱芯丝自动穿引装置,以实现芯丝头端在纺纱开始前自动穿过芯丝导引孔和纺锭。对装置的控制系统进行设计,确定控制方案,编写控制程序,实现对各机构动作的有序控制。在喷气涡流纺试验机上对所设计的芯丝自动穿引装置进行试验。结果表明:手动穿引时间在3 min以上,部件优化后自动穿引装置穿引时间在80 s左右。认为:该装置有助于喷气涡流纺纱机自动化程度与生产效率的进一步提升。
To increase the automation level of vortex core spun yarn spinning process,an automatic core filament threading device for vortex core spun yarn was designed to achieve automatically threading the end of the core filament through the filament feeding orifice and spindle before spinning was started.Control system of the device was designed and control scheme was determined.Control program was compiled to realize orderly control of each mechanism action.Threading test for designed automatic core filament threading device was carried out on vortex spinning frame.Test results showed that threading time of automatic core filament threading device was around 80 s after components optimization while manual threading time was above 3 min.It is considered that the device is beneficial to further improve automation level and production efficiency of vortex spinning frame.
