植物染莫代尔纤维性能分析与纺纱工艺研究

摘要 探讨植物染莫代尔纤维的性能及其纺纱工艺。介绍了植物染纤维的优势和缺陷,以莫代尔纤维为例,通过对比植物染莫代尔纤维与本白纤维的表面SEM、摩擦因数和质量比电阻,分析了纤维经过植物染后的性能变化。根据植物染纤维的性能特点结合理论分析,设计了针对植物染莫代尔纤维的专用开松除杂设备和梳理针布,对有关工艺进行了优化,并在实际生产中应用。实践证明:采用改进后的纺纱设备、针布和工艺,解决了植物染莫代尔纤维生产中存在的缠绕和分梳除杂问题,半成品质量和成纱质量较好。认为:开发出的植物染专用开松除杂设备和针布使用效果较好,能够提升生产效率,改善成纱指标。 Properties and spinning process of plant dyed Modal fiber were discussed.Advantages and disadvantages of plant dyed fiber were introduced.Modal fiber was taken as an example,surface SEM,friction coefficient and mass ratio resistance of plant dyed Modal fiber and undyed fiber were compared,changes of fiber properties after plant dyeing were analyzed.According to characteristics of plant dyed fiber combined with the theoretical analysis,special openning&cleaning equipment and card clothing for plant dyed Modal fiber were designed,the related process was optimized and applied in the production.Practice was proved that the problems of winding,carding and cleaning in the production of plant dyed Modal fiber were solved by using the improved spinning equipment,card clothing and technology.Quality of semi-finished product and finished yarn were better.It is considered that the developed special plant dyeing equipment for opening&cleaning and card clothing has better use effect,which can improve the production efficiency and improve yarn index.
