摘要
总结提高植物染料染色棉织物色牢度的研究现状。分析了植物染料染色棉织物的机理。基于棉纤维分子与植物染料分子的结合性质,分析了植物染料染色棉织物色牢度不佳的原因。从织物与染料改性前处理和媒染剂优化两个角度总结了近几年国内外学者为提高植物染色棉织物色牢度所取得的成果。认为:寻找更高效的织物与染料改性方法,开发更为环保的媒染剂是未来的主要研究方向。
Research progress of improving dyeing fastness of cotton fabric with plant dyeing was discussed.Mechanism of dyeing cotton fabric with plant dyes was analyzed.Based on combination property of cotton fiber molecule and plant dye molecule,reasons for worse color fastness of cotton fabric dyed with plant dye were analyzed.Research progress in improving fastness of cotton fabric with plant dyes in recent years was summarized from the perspectives of fabric and dye modification pretreatment and mordant optimization.It is considered that finding more efficient modification methods of fabric and dye,developing more environmentally friendly mordant are the main research directions in the future.
