水稻灌浆结实期颖果中叶绿素及总酚含量的变化

Study on the Dynamics of Chlorophyll and Total Phenol Contents in Rice Caryopses at Grain Filling Stage

摘要 为了给绿米优质生产提供依据,以水稻品种吉宏6为研究对象,探究其在灌浆结实期进行颖果中的叶绿素及总酚含量、千粒质量、产量变化研究。结果表明:水稻穗上、中、下部籽粒(颖果)中叶绿素和总酚含量随着水稻籽粒的成熟出现降低趋势,而千粒质量、产量、糙米率出现增长趋势。用吉宏6品种生产绿米,收割最佳时期为开花后30 d,色泽更稳定,叶绿素平均含量0.0239 mg/g,总酚平均含量23.5 mg/g,产量为4865.4 kg/hm^(2),糙米率63.1%。 Using the rice variety Jihong 6 as the experimental material,we investigated its variations in chlorophyll and total phenol contents,1000-grain weight,and yield in caryopses during grain filling stage,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for production of high-quality green rice.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and total phenol both decreased in the caryopses of upper,middle and lower grains of the panicle with the maturity of rice grains,while the 1000-grain weight,yield,and brown rice rate all increased along this course.This study demonstrated that for producing green grains of the rice variety Jihong 6,the optimum harvest time is 30 days after flowering,at which grains retained a relatively high chlorophyll content making them remain green.At this harvest time,the caryopses of upper,middle and lower grains of the panicle had the average chlorophyll and total phenol contents of0.0239 mg/g and 23.5 mg/g,respectively;and rice yield reached 4865.4 kg/hm^(2),and the brown rice rate stood at 63.1%.
