某水库大坝除险加固经验探讨

摘要 笔者以某水库定向爆破填筑和人工填筑的堆石坝除险加固过程为研究对象,通过分析其各阶段的坝体病险及原因、防渗处理设计方案,得出该水库大坝除险加固经验。该堆石坝组成复杂而存在坝体不均匀变形及渗漏严重的问题,通过实施坝轴线以上坝体充填灌浆、坝面铺设土工膜、截流墙轴线处帷幕灌浆等3次除险加固,历时20余年,最终解决了大坝渗漏问题而发挥了水库功能。该水库大坝验证了定向爆破填筑堆石坝技术,探索了堆石坝坝面土工膜防渗技术,除险加固经验可为类似项目提供一定的参考依据。 Taking the danger removal and reinforcement of a rockfill dam filled by directional blasting and artificial filling of a reservoir as the research object, the authors obtain the experience of danger removal and reinforcement of the reservoir dam by analyzing the dam risks and causes at various stages and the design scheme of seepage prevention treatment. The rockfill dam is complex in composition, and there are problems of uneven deformation and serious leakage of the dam body. It took more than 20 years to solve the problem of dam leakage and play the role of the reservoir by implementing three times of danger removal and reinforcement,including filling grouting of the dam body above the dam axis, laying geomembrane on the dam surface, and curtain grouting at the axis of the cut-off wall. The reservoir dam has verified the technology of directional blasting to fill the rockfill dam, and explored the geomembrane seepage prevention technology of the rockfill dam surface. The experience of danger removal and reinforcement can provide a certain reference for similar projects.
